I guess the cat is out of the bag. Did you see the morning paper? It took 14 polyesters to die to make those pants, and a lot of silk. Yes it was the 70s. It was a fun time  trying to figure out what I wanted to do with my life. Just a few months after that picture was taken, I moved back to Knoxville, and began my television career. I still can't believe it will be 30 years! I was blessed to begin in television right off the street to be the Weekend Sports Anchor at WBIR, then moved all over town, to be right at home here at WVLT.

  Somone asked me if I could fit into those polyester pants now, the answer is yes, however it would look pretty gross.
