Everybody is on a budget these days. And with the economy the way it is, you'd think everyone was trying to pinch pennies -  well, not everybody. Lauren Davis had a pretty interesting blog.  A non-profit spent almost a half million dollars on China for the White House. Crazy huh? Click here to check out Lauren's blog and let us know what you think of the expensive place settings. I'd be afraid to use them, that's for sure!

Did you stay up to watch the Golden Globes? Yea, me either. I watched the Red Carpet and then hit the sack. Luckily, we have a list of nominees and winners for you. One category I was particularly interested in was "Best Performance by an Actor In A Supporting Role in a Motion Picture", this was the category Heath Ledger was nominated in, and he won. If you saw "The Dark Knight", you know what an amazing job he did in the role. It's sad he wasn't able to accept the award himself. And of course, we have to talk about the fashion. A few of my favorites: Eva Longoria, Mary-Louise Parker, & Debra Messing to name a few. Who were yours?

Want to smell like a Whopper? I'm serious! "Flame" is a new fragrance that smells like a Burger King Whopper. Interesting huh? Well, Bob and I decided to order one to see what it really smells like. The order has been placed, we'll bring it out on the Interactive Set when it arrives! If you're wanting to order one for yourself, use this coupon code: RICKYSBFF you can save 15%. If you do order it, let us know, and if you already have it: does it really smell like a Whopper? This made me think of other foods we all might like to smell like. I asked Bob what his pick would be, he said pizza. I think I would go for a sweeter smell like dessert, maybe chocolate? What would your food perfume/cologne smell like?

See you in the morning,

Allison

i would have to go with folgers cologne. i think the goverment waste is unbelievable and we will see alot more with this new party in the whitehouse like the clintoon years. our tax money has to even house his mother inlaw which is wrong. the whitehouse is the peoples house for our president and his immediate family. have you seen the pictures of his new limo? nothing wrong with the old one.
