We'll be signing on Twitter and Facebook bright and early to chat with you. You can follow us on Twitter or add us as a "friend" on Facebook. Go to the East Tennessee This Morning page and click on our Facebook or Twitter pages. If you're not already signed up no worries. By clicking on our pages you can sign up. It takes less than a minute and it's a great networking tool when you're not chatting with us.

Some days we'll have topics to discuss, we'll ask you for your opinion on stories or ask you for your thoughts on a random idea. Other times the "thread" may be determined by what you have on your mind. Either way, we're hoping you'll join the conversation each day.
