Hey Friends,
If you know much of anything about me, or maybe you just happen to have read this interview I was asked to do by a local blogger at Knoxville Trivia Blog, then you know that the only true hatred I have in my heart is for CANCER. It took away my best friend in 2001 ... my Granny Taylor. (This picture is a few years before we found out it took over her body in the form of Multiple Myeloma. Also, just a little FYI, in the picture is also me when I was younger and behind me is my cousin Michael. I've mentioned him in a blog before. He died in a car accident less than a year after cancer took my granny. It was a rough year for my family)

When I was asked to help my hometown of Campbell County put on a Fashion Show to raise money for the local Cancer Society ... I couldn't have been more thrilled!! That is where the "taking the clothes off my own back" comes into play. This Saturday February 23rd there will be a Prom and Bridal Expo and Fashion Show at Campbell County High School. I have donated a bunch of my Miss Tennessee dresses for them to use, but I will also be auctioning the dress right off my back!! It's one of my favorites that I wore to a work Christmas party and then also when broadcasting LIVE at the Fantasy Of Trees this past December. (here is a pic of the dress)

The expo will be from 2pm to 4pm and there will be all sorts of local vendors out helping you gather ideas for your big day .. be it prom, a wedding, or maybe just a special night out! Then at 4pm the fashion show will start. So come out all day, just for a few moments or just for the big show!
I really hope to see you .. if you come out make sure and say hello!! It's at Campbell County High School. Tickets are only $10 in advance and $12 at the door. They can be purchased at the First Volunteer Bank branch in Jacksboro, I Do Weddings and from Campbell County High junior board members.
Remember ... together we can make a difference!
Much Thanks, Stacy :)
