Rain threat cancels Harrogate event
Plenty of people are planning events to celebrate Labor Day, but the threat of heavy rain has already prompted one cancellation.

HARROGATE, Tenn. (WVT) - Plenty of people are planning events to celebrate Labor Day, but the threat of heavy rain has already prompted one cancellation.

The City of Harrogate has called off its Labor Day event on Monday. City officials say the celebration will now take place on Saturday, Sept. 17th, at Harrogate City Park.

The event is still on for 9 a.m. For more information, call the City of Harrogate at (423) 869-0211.
