KNOXVILLE (WVLT) – There were no failing restaurants, but two did record low scores from the Knox County Health Department, in our look Behind the Kitchen Door.

The first was Pee Wee's Diner at 5702 Old Rutledge Pike which scored a 70.

Inspectors found hamburger meat at potentially hazardous temperature, bulk food containers that were not food grade or labeled and dirty equipment and floors.

Could you check out Taco bell on Western Ave and Taco bell on Clinton Hwy. They do not wear the plastic gloves when they prepare your food. Thanks
