Cooked crab legs stored over raw chicken, soaked with raw chicken water, threw out 6 pounds.

Employees not washing their hands and not sanitizing the equipment.

The inspector noted that a food handling course is imperative.

Inspectors found chopped hard-boiled eggs at potentially hazardous temperature.

An employee touched their face with gloves and continued prepping food without washing their hands.

Bag of chicken wings open and in standing water, toxic items stored next to utensils, wastewater leaking onto the floor, hand sink dirty and clean utensils stored in a dirty bin.

Potentially hazardous food not maintained on the service line.

Cans of beans dented and not sealed, removed.

No towels at the dirty hand sink, and the storage shelves dirty.

The low scoring restaurant is, Green Hills Grille, 4429 Kingston Pike, score: 70.

Inspectors observed an employee put dirty dishes in dish machine pull out clean dishes without washing their hands.
