(WVLT) We only have one restaurant that failed their inspection this week from the Knox County Health Department in our look "Behind the Kitchen Door."

The failing restaurant is Kick Shot, 3810 Chapman Highway, Score: 64.

Towels stored with toxic chemicals, men's restroom not working, hot water faucet in kitchen not working properly.

Food items stored on the floor and the pizza oven, cutting board and the freezer dirty.

Kick shot restaurant, "clean it up!"

Now for the good news, we have one restaurants that scored ninety and above this week.

Ephesus Mediterranean, 1823 Cumberland, Score: 94.

Mandarin House on Gleason was re-inspected and all critical violations have been corrected.

That's it for this week look "Behind the Kitchen Door."
