Three restaurants failed their inspection, and one received a low score this week from the Knox County Health Dept. Here's a look "Behind the Kitchen Door."

SCORE: 53

-Chicken and Turkey at potentially hazardous temperature
-Employees using the same common towel after washing hands
-Toxic spray bottles not labeled
-No Towels in the restroom
-Dirty equipment

Baskin Robbins

SCORE: 60

-Roach in the cabinet
-Toxic chemicals stored with food
-Food stored on the floor
-Floor and equipment dirty

Happy Garden
1510 Cherry Street
SCORE: 64

-Rice at potentailly hazardous temperature
-Thrown out unlabeled spray bottles
-Raw chicken stored on the floor
-Medications stored with drink cups
-Dirty equipment

THE LOW SCORE: Pizza Hut
2405 Chapman Hwy
SCORE: 71

-Open bag of food stored on the floor
-Toxic chemicals stored next to cups
-No towels in the men's restroom
-Crates used as shelving
-Dirty equipment
