MOUNTAIN CITY, Tenn. (AP) -- A second man has been arraigned in the shooting deaths of a Mountain City couple who were found at home with their 8-month-old baby unhurt in the mother's arms.
Sixty-year-old Marvin "Buddy" Potter Jr. is charged with two counts of first-degree murder in the deaths of Billy Payne Jr. and Billie Jean Hayworth.
Officials have said the victims were in a dispute with Potter's adult daughter after they removed her as a friend from their Facebook site.
Jenelle Potter was involved in two similar disputes that led to harassment charges, and the victims acted as witnesses against her.
A Johnson County judge on Wednesday increased Marvin Potter's bond from $200,000 to $1.5 million, according to the Johnson City Press.
Authorities have subpoenaed Jenelle Potter's Facebook account.
