Knoxville’s The Living Christmas tree, a 2009 winner of the
Southeast Tourism Society’s Top 20 Events award plans to deliver another spectacular crowd-pleasing performance entitled “Let it Shine!”

The Living Christmas Tree offers guests a unique opportunity to experience all the wonder and excitement this holiday season and is ready to share the Christmas story once again.

As a production of Sevier Heights Baptist Church, this family holiday tradition features new sets and staging, additional special effects, as well as several new songs. The centerpiece of the stage is a custom-built, 49-foot-tall “tree” that houses a 247-voice choir. The one-of-a-kind structure is masterfully decorated with thousands of lights – all choreographed to provide a stunning visual effect along with the amazing sounds of the choir perched within and the 60-piece orchestra set below its base.
