Every day thousands of cancer patients need a ride to treatment, but some may not have a way to get there.
Make a difference in the fight against cancer simply by volunteering through the American Cancer Society's Road to Recovery.
The program is designed to ensure that cancer patients have transportation to and from medical facilities for what could be life saving treatments.
Call (865) 558-4057 or log onto www.cancer.org to learn how you can become a volunteer driver.
Volunteer drivers donate their time and the use of their cars so that patients can receive the life-saving treatments they need.
