KNOXVILLE, Tenn (WVLT) There may be a delay in the Johnia Berry murder trial.

Suspect Taylor Olson's attorney Greg Isaacs confirms he has filed a motion for continuance in the case.

That's expected to be heard tomorrow in front of Knox County Judge Mary Beth Leibowitz.

The trial had been set for March 3rd.

Isaacs says he's still waiting on test results, and discovery.

Olson, 22, was charged with the murder in September. Berry was murdered in December of 2004.
