KNOXVILLE, Tenn (WVLT) -- The murder trial for the man charged in the Johnia Berry slaying has been reset.

Taylor Lee Olson, 22, did not have to appear in court today. His attorney Greg Isaacs did, just a day after filing a motion of continuance in the case.

Isaacs told Judge Mary Beth Leibowitz he thinks the trial will take four to six weeks, and he's still awaiting the results of tests and other evidence gathering.

The trial was set for March 3rd, but Judge Leibowitz postponed the trial until July 28th. An evidentiary hearing is set for May 28th.

Olson was charged with the murdering Berry in September. Berry was murdered in December of 2004.
