KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) --Knox County deputies have arrested a couple accused of locking their two children in a bare room -- a bottle of curdled milk the only food officers found.
22-year-old Linsie Kohls and 23-year-old Lee Stiles have been charged with Child Abuse and Neglect after investigators were called to the house Friday to check on the 18-month-old boy and two-and-a-half-year-old girl.
Neighbors had reported often hearing crying and beating on the walls at night. Officers found the door to the children's room locked with wire tied to the door knob to keep it from opening.
The couple has been released on bond, and Kohls reportedly told deputies the last time she check on the children was the previous night.

I know these two, I'm not surprised, I feel horrible for not trying to do something when I first knew they were having kids. This is why you should go through evalutation before you're allowed to breed
Some people deserve some sympathy, others some understanding... these two deserve all the harshness that jail has to offer. I hope these two spend another 70 years in torturous mental agony for what they have done to these innocent children. May God have mercy on the children, and swift punishment for the parents.
