KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Dispatchers have confirmed one person is dead after a crash on Rutledge Pike near Ellistown Road just before 5:00 p.m. Wednesday.
Dispatchers tell Volunteer TV a man had seizure and crashed his vehicle into another car.
The victim's name has not been released. no word on whether there were any other injuries.
