UPDATE: Man killed using ATV to haul logs
One person has been killed in an incident involving a 4-wheeler in Campbell County in upper East Tennessee.

NEWCOMB, Tenn. (WVLT) -- A Pioneer man was killed Friday afternoon when his 4-wheeler flipped over in Campbell County
The Tennessee Highway Patrol says Virgil Lee Leach Jr, 25 was traveling south on Whistle Creek Road when he lost control of the ATV, left the roadway, and flipped over on top of him.
According to the incident report, Leach had a passenger on the ATV and was pulling an overloaded trailer full of logs.
The passenger was injured in the wreck.
