MORGAN COUNTY (WVLT) -- A Morgan County teen was killed early Sunday morning on US Highway 27.

Sean Griffith, 19 of Sunbright was one of three people inside a pickup truck that was traveling north on the highway around 3:30 AM.

THP says the driver lost control of the truck, causing it to crash through a fence before striking a brick building.

The driver and a passenger were both injured. Griffith was later pronounced dead.

None of the people inside the pickup were wearing seat belts and the THP says charges are pending.
