KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- The Knox County Sheriff's Office arrested a South Knox County man Wednesday morning for allegedly violating the Community Alternatives to Prison Program.

The Sheriff's Office says Ray Loveday, Jr., 21, was taken into custody around 9:00 a.m. with the Knox County S.W.A.T. team on hand, because officers believed Loveday could have guns in the house on Crescent Drive. No guns were found.

A KCSO release says Loveday is suspected in other crimes, and has a criminal history that includes probation violation, driving without a license, and drug charges.
