ALCOA, Tenn. (WVLT) -- A 23-year-old Louisville man is dead after crashing his motorcycle Tuesday night in Blount County.

Alcoa investigators say Brantley Toomer was driving his motorcycle north on Alcoa Highway when he ran into the back of a van driven by 48-year-old Jo-Ann Cantrell.

Witnesses say Toomer was weaving through traffic at high speeds when he crashed.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Cantrell was not injured.
