LEBANON, Tenn. (AP) -- A teenage motorcyclist was killed when his car collided with another vehicle east of Nashville.
The crash late Saturday killed 17-year-old Damon Patterson of Mt. Juliet.
A Safety Department spokesman said Monday the investigating trooper's report stated Patterson struck the side of a car pulling out of a fast-food restaurant parking lot about 1/4 mile from Interstate 40.
The driver of the car, 23-year-old Tasha Dye of Smyrna, was flown to Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, where she was reported in stable condition on Monday.
