SCOTT COUNTY, Tenn. (WVLT) -- There are new charges stemming from a child abuse case that the Scott County Sheriff calls the worst he's ever seen.
Authorities are charging Roger Williams, 37, with three additional counts of aggravated sexual battery. Williams has already been charged in a 20-count indictment handed down in February dealing with the same case.
Willard Junior Foster, 46, of Morgan County, is now charged with two counts of aggravated sexual battery.
Jean Marie McKeehan, 32, of Scott County is charged with two counts of aiding and abetting the rape of a child.
Anthony Scott McKeehan, 31, of Morgan County, is charged with the rape of a child.
The Scott County Sheriff says all charges relate to a sexual abuse case involving children between the ages of three and 13.
All four suspects are in the Scott County Jail.

So, you think the deputies of Morgan County are just working for their awesome paychecks? Wow, if you think their pay is awesome you must either be on disability, or get paid a terrible terrible wage.
I hope Scott County is harder on these idiots than Morgan County is. Morgan County lets child molesters go on as little as they can so not to have to spend any time on bringing them to justice. Its a shame that those we count on to bring bad guys to justice is only there to get a paycheck which we as citizens are the ones that pays them for what? nothing
At least Scott County is going for everyone involved unlike Morgan County. They do as little as possible just to collect their pay check with as little work as possible!
