KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- If you played Tuesday night's Mega Millions game, double check those tickets. According to the Tennesee Lottery a $250,000 ticket was sold in Knoxville. In all, more than 6,000 winning tickets were sold.

The lottery identified the winner as Walter Maxey of Maryville.
If you didn't win, but would like another chance at an early retirement, lottery officials pointed out Wednesday's Powerball jackpot stands at $250 million. A quick reminder though, Powerball tickets are now $2.
Last night's numbers were 17-23-30-37-45 and the Mega Ball was 04, with the multiplier being 4
