MARYVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- A grand jury will examine a case involving 600 marijuana plants that were found Tuesday in a Maryville apartment.
The Blount County Sheriff's Office says two people, living in the Rhodwin Street apartment were brought in for questioning in connection with the discovery, but so far, no arrests have been made.
No other information is being released at this time, but Tuesday evening's search of the home and what was found was pretty surprising for neighbors.
Neighbor Cindy Westmoreland says, "Oh, I didn't know it was that much. I was shocked. I'm still shocked."
Westmoreland says she believes the people who had rented the apartment had moved out but continued to rent the space.
