East Tennessee man facing child exploitation charges
A Louisville man is charged with sexual exploitation of a minor after a joint online investigation.

LOUISVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- A Louisville man is charged with sexual exploitation of a minor after a joint online investigation.
The Blount County Sheriff's Office says 34-year-old Ronald Grant Spires is charged with one count of sexual exploitation of a minor.
For a number of weeks, several agencies conducted an online investigation into Spires' alleged activities.
He was taken into custody Wednesday morning at his home.
He is being held on a $25,000 bond pending a hearing on Oct. 10.

i cant beleive i was dumb enough to beleive that he was a good guy and a cop too. he was always good to me at work and helped me out. i knew he was sleeping with some of the girls work but that was consensual i beleive but i think his dinkydoo should be cut off and shoved down his throat for messing with the kid. ROT IN HELL

He was also recently terminated from his job for sexual harassment. When will the state start locking people like him up? Completely not surprised by his arrest. He is a total pervert and deserves to lose everything he has for what he did to this minor and to the poor women he harassed at work. He is a disgrace to all things decent and moral.

WELL I SAW IT COMING AND HOPEFULLY THIS WILL SHOW GRANT THAT THIS IS REALLY UNACCEPTABLE. THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOR SHOULD NOT BE REPRESENTING THE PUBLIC. I DO BELIEVE HE CAN RECIEVE HELP BUT DEFINITELY A LOT OF PRAYER
