KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – Not a single ticket matched all six Powerball numbers drawn for Wednesday night’s $170 million dollar grand prize. That pushed Saturday’s jackpot to $192 million.
In spite of there being no grand prize winner, more than 965,000 players did win more than $6.6 million in prizes for matching at least one of the numbers. They were 23-30-31-35-42-6.
No one has won the grand prize jackpot since April 8th, 2009.
The largest Powerball jackpot of all time was $365 million.
The game is played in 30 states, plus the District of Columbia, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
