ANDERSONVILLE, Tenn (WVLT) -- It seems the story of the thong-wearing bandit just won't go away. In fact, today he faces new charges.
So here we go...
You remember the story of Larry Stephen Moore II, 42, of Maryville. How could you forget right?
On Memorial Day, Anderson County Sheriff's deputies were called to a burglary at a home on Stone Ridge Drive in Andersonville around 10:20 p.m.
They followed the footprints and say they found Moore hiding in an old farm house.
He jumped head first through a window, but cops caught him outside face down, wearing nothing but a woman's thong and a lingerie top.
Well, now comes word from investigators, that he wasn't supposed to be living there.
So, in addition to the aggravated burglary, theft and vandalism charges, moore is also charged with a felony count of aggravated burglary, felony theft and felony vandalism.
Needless to say, he remains in jail in Anderson County tonight.
