HAZARD, KY (WVLT) -- Firefighters are trying to figure out what caused a popular Hazard, Kentucky, restaurant to catch fire Sunday.
Fire officials say the fire broke out at Cliff Hagan's Ribeye restaurant around four in the afternoon.
It took firefighters more than an hour to put the flames out.
They say it took three units and 20 firefighters to battle the flames.
Officials say arson investigators are being called to examine the scene.
Cliff Hagan was a popular University of Kentucky basketball star in the early 50s. He returned as UK Athletic Director in 1975, but resigned in 1988 amid a recruiting scandal.
