Blount County missing woman found alive
A missing Blount County woman has just been found on land, according to Blount County Bureau Chief Stephen McLamb.

Miriam Hansard, 86, is missing from her Blount County home. A search operation is underway.

BREAKING NEWS: A missing Blount County woman has just been found on land, according to Blount County Bureau Chief Stephen McLamb.
Miriam Hansard, 86, disappeared from her home along Fort Loudoun Lake sometime after 3 this morning.
McLamb quotes Blount County deputies as saying she appears to be okay. BCSO spokesperson Mariam O'Briant says a Knox County Sheriff's Department chopper spotted her in tall grass a few hundred yards from her home.
She has been taken to a local hospital for observation.
LOUISVILLE, Tenn (WVLT) -- Blount County search and rescue teams are scouring the banks and waters of Fort Loudoun Lake for a missing elderly woman.
Miriam Hansard, 86, has been missing since around 3 a.m. from her home at 3437 Peaceful Cove Road. That's in Louisville, Tennessee.
Blount County Sheriff's deputies describe Hansard as 5'4", 164 pounds, with hazel eyes. She may be wearing a nightgown, or tan capri pants and a shirt.
A source tells Volunteer TV Blount County Bureau Chief Stephen McLamb the woman suffers from Alzheimer's, and deputies are fearful she may have wandered into the lake.
