Deputies arrest Cumberland County murder suspects
Cumberland County deputies have arrested a pair of men from Sparta for homicide.

CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Tenn. (WVLT) – Cumberland County deputies have arrested a pair of men from Sparta for homicide.
Henry Malcolm Frazier, 63 was found dead on June 23rd in the front yard of his home on Old Ridge Road. Warrants indicate he had been stabbed to death.
Deputies joined with the White County Sheriff’s Department, Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and the 13th Judicial District Attorney General’s office to gather evidence and track down suspects.
Michael Kyle Whicher, 23 and Timothy Shawn Rutherford, 27 were taken into custody Tuesday morning and charged with felony murder and conspiracy to commit aggravated robbery.
