East Tennessee woman gets $13,000 phone bill

CHURCH HILL, Tenn. (AP) -- Shirley Ann Billings of Church Hill talks on her cell phone, but not at a cost of more than $13,000.
She reported to the Hawkins County Sheriff's Office that she'd received a cell phone bill for $13,162.31. She quoted her cell phone provider as saying someone had tapped into her cell phone line and made numerous calls to foreign countries.
According to the Kingsport Times-News, authorities said they had no suspects.
