KNOXVILLE, Tenn (WVLT) --A search warrant filed in Knox County Criminal Court gives new details of the police probe into former Knoxville Police officers Nicky Bryant and Donald Clark.
Knox County detectives Amylynn Delgado and Mark Harvey used the search warrant to search Bryant's home on Bland Lane on Tuesday July 27th.
Detectives were looking for "evidence depicting nudity, sexual conduct, or sado-masochistic abuse that is harmful to minors..."
According to the affidavit they seized:
* a pornographic movie
* a digital camera and two video tapes.
* 2 DVDs
* some computer storage and multi media cards
* a computer printer.
The warrant details allegations made by two thirteen year old girls. Both allege Clark and Bryant provided them with alcohol. One says she and her friend danced for the two former police officers with their shirts off and their bikini tops on. The teen alleges both Clark and Bryant knew they were thirteen.
One teen says she slept in the same bed with Clark but denied any sexual contact.
According to the affidavit, another teen says she began watching pornography on Bryant's computer when she was eleven or twelve.
The girl says she and her friend watched the movies alone sometimes, and with Bryant and/or Clark on other occasions.
On one occasion, the alleged victim says Bryant told them they shouldn't be watching the videos, but then sat down with them and viewed them anyway.
Both Clark and Bryant were suspended on July 3rd when deputies began their investigation. Both resigned from the Knoxville Police Department days later.

We hear more in the news about "bad" cops, that's why people don't respect them. Not all cops but how do you determine which ones are bad. The people who hire the cops need to do a better job. Police abuse, uneccesery tasering, lieing to cover for other cops ill doings ect.
there is one thing i can't understand where were the parents? How did the girls sleep over? these guys were real idiots! and if guity deserves just what they get!
don't punish all the oficers in town because 2 idiots were doing things like this. i don't believe that all officers are bad just because 2 were perverts and liked to do things with girls they knew were underage. there are bad examples in every profession, not just law enforcement. what about those who do a good job and try to do the right thing every day and help people with their problems? you never hear about those officers. i know of one the other night who pulled a car over for possible dui, and after evaluating the driver realized the driver was suffering a diabetic episode. the officer gave the driver something to eat and drink, then transported the driver to the hosptal in his patrol car for treatment instead of waiting for an ambulance to come to the scene. what about thos kinds of things? we never hear about those officers. i commend all police officers who try to do the right thing and make a positive difference in their communities.
