Four East Tennessee men, charged with conspiracy to steal anhydrous ammonia to make meth are now facing federal charges.
James Brock, Mark Hayes, Mark Jacks and Michael Vanover all appeared in an Illinois federal courtroom on Thursday.
They are all accused of tampering with anhydrous ammonia tanks at a seed company about half an hour east of Champaign.
During the alleged tampering, two Hazmat crew members were injured.
