Knoxville (WVLT) - One of the men charged in connection with the murder of Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom was in court Thursday morning on unrelated charges.

Lemaricus Davidson was in court to answer to a driving on a suspended license charge from last November, and a simple possession charge filed when he was arrested on federal fugitive from justice charges in January.

Today, his hearing was reset, to March 1st.

But Davidson will be in court to be arraigned on 40 plus charges in connection to the murders next Tuesday.

Co-defendants Letalvis Cobbins and George Thomas are also scheduled to appear that day.

A fourth suspect, Venessa Coleman, awaits extradition from Kentucky.
