Maryville, Knoxville men killed in South Carolina plane crash
A Maryville man and his passenger from Knoxville have died single engine plane crashed into a South Carolina lake Saturday.

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- A single engine plane that crashed into a South Carolina lake Saturday was headed to a gun show in Georgia.
The Cessna went down in Abbeville, South Carolina. Both pilot and passenger were killed.
Their plane is in about ten feet of water.
WSPA-TV in Spartanburg reports that investigators have confirmed
the pilot was Jimmy Cash, 66, of Maryville. His passenger was Lance Justin Davis, 30, of Knoxville.
Investigators say the plane took off from Blount County.
