MACON COUNTY, Tenn. (WVLT) -- A Middle Tennessee Amber Alert has been issued for a 13-year-old girl believed to be traveling with a 22-year-old man, according to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.

The TBI says Judi Juarez is traveling with Jose Martin Cano in a purple or plum colored two-door 1996 Ford Escort hatchback. The car has Tennessee license plate number 485TJL.

"Judi's family discovered her missing from their home when they awoke (Monday) morning," according to a TBI release. "The family has spoke with Cano and he has confirmed Judi is with him."

Investigators say they Cano and Juarez may be in Huntsville, Ala.
