KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – An East Tennessee couple believes a piece of firewood may contain a holy image.
The couple, who wanted to remain anonymous, contacted Volunteer TV News on Thursday about the odd find.
They said they were recently out collecting firewood for the winter when they came across a piece that appeared to be marked with the image of either Jesus or Mary.
The couple admitted they were glad they noticed it before throwing in on the fire, and would like to have it examined from someone at the University of Tennessee’s Institute of Agriculture Extension examine it to find out what may have caused the image to appear.
What do you think? Is does the image look like Jesus or Mary? You can leave a comment below.
Also, if you can help the couple, Volunteer TV News would be happy to put you in touch with them.
