Missouri fugitive captured in Knoxville
A Missouri man wanted for shooting a teenager has been arrested in Knoxville.

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – A Missouri man wanted for shooting a teenager has been arrested in Knoxville.
Police arrested William Darnell McNeary, 24 on October 30th after taking him into custody on drug and criminal impersonation charges.
During the investigation they discovered he was wanted by the Columbia, Missouri Police Department for allegedly shooting a 15 year old boy three times on July 31st, 2009. The victim was hit in both legs and his right hand, but has since recovered.
It is unclear when McNeary will be extradited back to Missouri.
