HOLD UP: Authorities look for sub shop suspect
A Knox County sub shop was robbed Monday night at gunpoint.

KNOX COUNTY, Tenn. (WVLT) – A Knox County sub shop was robbed Monday night at gunpoint.
It happened at the Quiznos located at 9220 Park West Blvd.
The Knox County Sheriff’s Office said at just before 8:00 p.m., a white man about 6’0” tall walked in and demanded money from the clerk. He was holding a handgun and hit her across the back with it.
He was last seen fleeing the restaurant on foot wearing a blue parka, jeans and black work boots.
The clerk did not require medical attention and was able to give deputies a full description.
