Knoxville high ranking in foreclosure recovery
Here's some good news for you if you're in the home market, Knoxville appears to be recovering from the foreclosure crisis.

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Here's some good news for you if you're in the home market, Knoxville appears to be recovering from the foreclosure crisis.
Forbes rated the 100 largest metro areas in the U.S., based on the number of mortgages that are three months or more behind, the number of loans in foreclosure, and how many mortgages are becoming current versus those falling further behind.
Knoxville ranked 5th in the nation, and 1.1% of the cities outstanding mortgages were in foreclosure as of October.
Nashville ranks 33rd, and Memphis comes in at 64.
