Child star Corey Haim dead at 38
Canadian actor Corey Haim, known best for his role in the 1987 hit "The Lost Boys" has died, Los Angeles police confirmed Wednesday.

(CBS) - Canadian actor Corey Haim, known best for his role in the 1987 hit "The Lost Boys" has died, Los Angeles police confirmed Wednesday.
Police officials told CBS Radio News that the 38-year-old actor died of an apparent drug overdose, though it's unknown what kind of drug was involved.
Haim had reportedly been struggling with drug addiction.
Authorities responded to an emergency call at 3:40 a.m., officials said.
