KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – An East Tennessee hotel with a long title is once again among the nation’s best according to guests.

The Four Points by Sheraton Knoxville Cumberland House Hotel was named the top Four Points by Sheraton in North American for overall guest satisfaction on Wednesday.

The White Avenue hotel won the award based on the highest guest scores, brand audit scores and revenue performance for the year.
