E. Tenn. woman faces meth charges in Bell Co.
A Thursday traffic stopped in Eastern Kentucky turned into a drug bust for Bell County authorities.

BELL COUNTY, Ky. (WVLT) – A Thursday traffic stopped in Eastern Kentucky turned into a drug bust for Bell County authorities.
The Middlesboro Police Department said officers pulled Melissa Collins, 42 of Cumberland Gap Tennessee after noticing her driving erratically in a 1990 GMC truck on US 25-E.
During the traffic stop, they allegedly found a small amount of methamphetamine in the truck, along with several items used to manufacture the powerful stimulant.
Collins was immediately taken into custody and charges with first offense manufacturing methamphetamine, first degree possession of a controlled substance and first offense DUI. No bond amount has been set.
