i cant believe people would really think this man would hit a child on purpose! are they crazy? i mean really in this situation the parents are worthless and clearly wasnt watching the child. she had no helmet on! she was holding 2 cigarretts and a lighter when the cops showed up. this just goes to show that the parents dont care what the child does. everyone u talk to on daily ave. will tell you that the child does whatever she wants and ALWAYS in the road!

I was hit by a car myself 30yrs. ago. I was 12yrs. old and not paying attention to what I was doing. The driver of the car was one of our neigbors so I seen first hand how devistating it can be for someone driving a car and hitting someone (especially a child). I pray for a quick recovery for this little girl and I pray for the driver of this car. Both were most likely injured in this accident.
