KNOXVILLE, Tenn (WVLT) -- The Healthy Living Expo returns to Knoxville Convention Center for its eighth straight year this Friday. The two-day event offers over 250 educational exhibits, demonstrations, and presentations from more than 130 companies.

You can try out the latest fitness craze, Zumba. There will be classes for seniors, kids, men, and women.
And after you work up an appetite, you'll want to check one some of the cooking booths, including ones hosted by Local 8's own Chef Walter.
One of the most popular pavilions, Living Green and Natural, returns too, loaded with helpful tips for to help you live an eco-friendly life.
Plus, there will be free prizes, health information, senior bingo, Wii games, and and much more.
The expo runs Friday, January 20, from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. and Saturday, January 21, from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. at the Knoxville Convention Center. Admission is $8, children under 12 get in free, and Seniors get in free on Friday.
