Site ranks Knoxville among best cities for college grads, Nashville too

FRANKLIN, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Knoxville ranks among the ten best cities in the country for young professionals, as they leave college and venture out into the real world, according to the website Livability.com.

San Antonio, TX

San Jose, CA

4.

Kansas City, MO

5.

Fort Worth, TX

6.

Charlotte, NC

7.

Knoxville, TN

8.

Tuscon, AZ

9.

Provo, UT

10.

Nashville, TN

The city came in seventh on the website's "Top 10 Cities for College Grads." Just up I-40, Nashville also made the cut, rounding out the list.

Lincoln, Neb., home of the University of Nebraska, topped the list, ahead of San Antonio, Tex. and San Jose, Calif. (Click here for full list)

According to the website, editors weighed such factors as available jobs, cost of living , salaries, population age, and culture when coming up with their list.
