Training Program to Help
Personnel Acquire Skills to qualify them for Higher Level Positions
All members of the
Production Staff are cross-trained in more than one area of production.Training these employees to perform skills
other than their primary responsibilities provides each with a possible opportunity
to advance within the department.Depending on the employee’s preference and depending on the needs of
the department, employees are cross-trained in graphics, audio, directing,
web management, and/or video editing.By allowing each employee within the department to acquire as many
skills as they can, the station prepares those employees for future advancement
