If you receive an email from "customers@tvacreditunion.com" concerning activity on your account and informing you to call 865-329-7865, DO NOT respond to it.

The Credit Union does not use email for confidential account notifications. The credit union advises all members to never respond to any emails requesting personal, confidential information.

Always contact the Credit Union before responding to any suspicious email and NEVER send confidential information unless you have initiated the contact.
