ORANJESTAD, Aruba (AP) -- Two brothers who were re-arrested in the Natalee Holloway case in Aruba last week are to be released from jail.

A prosecutor in Aruba says Satish and Deepak Kalpoe will be let go by tomorrow. It will be the third time that the two have been arrested and later released in the case.

The prosecutor says officials have three days to launch an appeal, but adds that they "have to think about it."

The brothers, along with a third suspect, Joran van der Sloot, were suspected of involvement in Holloway's disappearance in 2005. The three were the last to be seen with the 18-year-old high school senior while she was on a school trip to Aruba.

Prosecutors say they re-arrested the three on November 21st because of "new incriminating evidence." But defense attorneys said the material was little more than misunderstandings in the suspects' recorded conversations.

Van der Sloot remains in custody.
