\MADRID, Spain (AP) -- Confusion following last week's plane crash in Spain resulted in relatives of two victims receiving the wrong sets of remains.

But the Madrid Superior Court of Justice says the mix-up was quickly detected and corrected.

An official says the bodies in question were identified properly, with each coffin containing the remains it was listed as containing. However, the caskets went to the wrong families.

It took about three hours to fix the error from the time it was first discovered.

The crash of the Spanair MD-82 flying from Madrid to the Canary Islands killed 154 people. Eighteen people survived.
